The work I'm proudest of: a living support platform that turns a large, messy body of information into something people can search, understand, and act on.

I designed the information architecture, audited and standardized the source data, rebuilt the website, and created the review loop that lets visitors flag outdated listings. The result combines content, technology, accessibility, documentation, and human care.
